From August 12-18, 2017, six current RATS (Laura Armstrong, Brian Estrella, Ludwik Gorczyca, John Szilagyi, Alexa Murray, and Justin Schumacher) presented their latest research findings at the Gordon Research Conference in Andover, NH. This year’s theme was “Advanced Investigation in Mechanistic Toxicology” and was organized by two JGPT alumni, Drs. Yanan Tian and John Richburg. The first two days were attended primarily by graduate students and postdoctoral fellows and focused on “Chemical-Microbiome Interactions in Toxicology”. The trainee seminar was chaired by Dr. Alessandro Venosa, a JGPT alumni.
