As toxicologists, you will be responsible for explaining the relative risk of adverse outcomes from drug and environmental exposures to colleagues and the lay public. It is critical to develop your ability to communicate research findings to the community early in your career. JGPT predoctoral and postdoctoral trainees are encouraged to participate in community outreach events.
