Working with mentor Dr. Stapleton, Dr. Gina Moreno developed an interactive Hot Topics session on micronanoplastics in May 2024. Summer interns, grad students, postdocs, and faculty from across the EOHSI institute worked through cases using the Multiple-Path Particle Dosimetry Model. For these exercises, participants were provided with multiple exposure scenarios and tasked with calculating aerosol deposition in the lungs.
