Fifth year Ph.D. candidate Allison Isola was selected as the 2015-2016 Graduate Research Fellow in Toxicology from Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. This fellowship supports non-clinical, in vivo toxicology research. Allison is examining the relationship between aberrant expression of a G-protein coupled receptor and the production of exosomes, both of which play a role in the metastatic ability of melanoma. The Fellowship program supports Allison’s stipend and research and provides individualized mentoring from Bristol-Myers Squibb scientists over the final year of graduate studies.
