JGPT students Chenghui Jiang, Disha Gupta, and Alyssa Juenke attended the “Code Rigor and Reproducibility with R Boot Camp” hosted by the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health Skills for Health and Research Professionals (SHARP) Training program. This two-day intensive workshop focused on strategies for researchers using R to use to make their code more efficient, have fewer hidden bugs, and be a reproducible documentation of an analysis. By implementing these strategies and bringing code rigor and reproducibility principles to their respective labs, they will be able to easily hand down code to streamline research processes.
