JGPT PhD Candidates Ayeshia Morris (lab of Dr. Ron Hart) and Jennifer Schaefer (lab of Dr. Andy Babwah) were selected for highly competitive feature speaker talks at the Smile with Science Symposium hosted by Colgate-Palmolive. Ayeshia’s seminar was entitled “The Synergistic Effects of Environmental and Genetic Contributions to Alzheimer Disease Pathology” and Jennifer’s presentation covered “GPR83 Induces Human Endometrial Stromal Cell (HESC) Decidualization & its Expression is Dysregulated in Women Diagnosed with Endometriosis”. This was an outstanding opportunity for dissemination of the latest research findings of our senior JGPT students.
