JGPT students were joined by Colgate-Palmolive scientists Brian Wall, Stacey Lavender, Joe Steele, and Lyndsay Schaeffer-Korbylo for an exciting panel about consulting experience at their company. The panelists shared valuable insights about how consulting works internally compared to consulting for external clients. Panelists also advised students how to best market their own skills as graduate students for industry job applications, and they provided useful tips for making a resume stand out and having a successful interview. The JGPT students thoroughly enjoyed learning about each of the panelists’ path to industry and appreciated the opportunity to meet with scientists across different departments at Colgate.
