What’s in NJ drinking water? RATS head to Newark to find out

On Oct 25th, JGPT students attended the “What’s in Our Drinking Water?” event in at the Rutgers Law School in Newark, NJ. Other participants included community activists and NJ policy makers along with academic and government scientists. The keynote address was given by Robert Bilott, Esq regarding litigation over ‘forever chemicals’ in our environment.

RATS Reunite at the Toxicology Gordon Conference

Current and former JGPT students, postdocs and faculty attended the 2019 Cellular and Molecular Mechanisms of Toxicity Gordon Conference in Andover, NH. The Chair of the conference, Dr. John Richburg, was a JGPT alumni and currently serves as Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. .
